WASHINGTON, D.C. – During a vote on a resolution congratulating this year's University of Maryland men's basketball program, 132 members of Congress voted nay. All but 2 of those no votes came from Republicans.

Tuesday evening House Majority leader Steny Hoyer (D) – who represents the district of the University of Maryland – introduced the resolution praising the Terps.
